Reinsurance management software provider creates new training program
CORAL GABLES, Florida, and PARIS, France–March 1, 2018—Effisoft, publisher of software for insurance and reinsurance professionals, will hire 15 new employees in 2018.
Some of the positions are for recent graduates with a master’s degree in computer science or business. Others are for candidates with various levels of experience. Internship and co-op opportunities for students are also available.
Effisoft offers career opportunities for software architects and engineers, project managers, business analysts and sales representatives. The new positions support the company’s ambitious growth strategy and development of advanced solutions for reinsurance management and regulatory compliance.
"Over the last three years, our revenues have grown by 11 percent annually, while our staff has grown by 22 percent, so we need to add more people,” said Stéphane Grange, Effisoft’s director of human resources. “We are looking to acquire new skills by recruiting people with various backgrounds. They will help us advance our technology and will be one of the keys to the implementing our strategic plan.”
New training course
Effisoft also has created a comprehensive training course for new employees. It covers regulatory reporting and reinsurance basics and provides an in-depth review of its reinsurance software, WebXL.
WebXL streamlines management of ceded reinsurance and assumed reinsurance.
